Choose the dual-LTE operating mode

Active/Active Both LTE paths participate in traffic handling.

Active/Standby One LTE path is preferred while the second stays in reserve.

`N` catalogs are NAT / DIA oriented.
`R` catalogs are routed to an enterprise hub.
`NX` catalogs keep the NAT / DIA model but reverse the WAN preference so LTE is primary.
Dual-LTE catalogs are their own branch and do not expose the single-LTE routed/cellular permutations.

Unavailable SD-Routing choices are grayed out until matching catalogs are published.
Published Ethernet-primary DIA / NAT catalogs are CVP1N_SDR (IR1101), CVP2N_SDR (IR1800), and CVP8N_SDR (IR1001-G2). CVP1N_TE_SDR adds ThousandEyes on IR1101.
